House of Fools (2002) (Shown on DVD): Many films depict the insanity of war, but most know better than to actually set the war in a mental institution. Set during the Chechen War, this spastic drama finds the inmates of a temporarily unattended asylum brushing up against soldiers, as well as Bryan Adams. Really. Andrei Konchalovsky directed.
