“I am renter with considers about object being placed on outside steps of apartment building (6to7 steps). Small status onlanding each side, have to make adjustment around to use steps, overflowing plants in pot on one side each step, overgrown bush on other side onto steps and also steps on one side first two from bottom are subject of erosion.
Do I have any rights regarding how the steps are keep?”
