“Hello.I bought a HUD house, paid cash, invested several weeks and several thousands of dollars fixing it up very nicely. I put it on the market at a mid-range price and got a good offer within a couple of weeks.The buyer's bank told my real estate agent that I cannot sell the house b/c I owned it for less that 90 days when the offer came in.Because I paid cash for the home, would it matter about the 90 day rule OR the type of financing that the buyer is seeking?Thank you so much for helping clarify this!Very appreciatively yours,Trying To Make A Modest Living Doing What I Love”
