“Forgot all about having done this video a few years back. I'm still in the Fairmount area and I'm still loving it! Hope you come by for a visit.”

“I run across this when changing online information every year or so. Cracks me up every time. I'm still here in Fairmount and as before, still loving it. :-) Here's a quick update on the area since I did this video back in '09:- Barnes is now open and the development around it is hopping. Walk over to 19th & Hamilton to see what's new. - New luxury apartments 20th & Hamilton, The Granary. - The Rodin had an overhaul both inside and out. Lovely gardens!- The Sheraton Center City is being torn down as I write this and in it's place will be a new home for Whole Foods and a mid-rise luxury apt. building. (I was hoping for condos)- Along Fairmount, development keeps edging towards Broad & Ridge with new shops & housing. - Francisville (triangle bordered by Ridge, Corrinthian, Fairmount) is being brought into the 'Art Museum area'.I'll be back in another year or so with more updates! Be well!!”
