Sat., Nov. 12: Svetlana Filippova (left, as Alien) and April Carter (as Predator) attended the 2005 Hairball last weekend at Shampoo. Hairstylists from the area, sporting outrageous themed hair designs and costumes, paraded the catwalk at this year's event, which contributed to the more than $200,000 raised across the region for HopeCuts, which funds the research and treatment of cancer, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening diseases.
