Mon., Oct. 17: Mayor John Street delivers a eulogy during a memorial service for late City Councilman David Cohen in Council chambers Monday. Active in Philadelphia politics for more than three decades, the councilman was known as a champion of the underprivileged and a tireless advocate for civil rights. Cohen, who died at 90 on Oct. 3, was the longest-serving councilman-at-large in the city's history.
