Sun., Aug. 7: Mikhail Rabinovich, 83, shows off the medals he earned as a lieutenant colonel in the Soviet Union Army during World War II. A refugee from the former Soviet Union, Rabinovich immigrated to Philadelphia in 1992 and is now active in the Alliance of Veterans of War and Labor.
