Bill Wood, formerly of the famous/ infamous gay bar Woody’s, opened up Knock (225 S. 12th St. 215.925. 1166) as a cozy, more adult alternative to the sometimes overwhelming club scene. Those that have outgrown the bar-hopping come to relax in this comfy restaurant with a new late-night menu, respectable wine list, affable staff and outgoing clientele. B L G P
