It finally happened. Two days after Mayor Nutter ordered Occupy Philly to clear their encampment at City Hall's Dilworth Plaza, cops swooped in late last night. After several hours of chasing protesters to Rittenhouse and then North Broad Street, dozens were arrested early this morning.
