Who is making these decisions over at the ACCT? I mean it’s obvious that they don’t care about animals. Who is on this board that seems more preoccupied with putting the same old crew in the same old positions, rather then fixing the problems that everyone who deals with ACCT is aware of? Sick animals, sub par management, disgruntled employees and inadequate services and a return CEO making more the $100,000 a year? The city once again shows its lackadaisical attitude in serving the residents of this city.
