This week, Konstantinos Pitsillides shows how to make a cod on a chickpea stew. Sound like peasant food? Sure it is -- but peasant food has never been so good.

Pitsillides wouldn't provide a recipe -- it inhibits his creativity, he said. But watch the video and the recipe should be easy enough to deduce.
