“The last season there were so many people who heard about the show from their kids, and people who are my generation, like my mother-in-law, who’s way older than I am—she gets back from her bridge game and she says, ‘Oh, all the women are talkin’ about Sunny .’ You got octogenarians talkin’ about it because their grandchildren are goin’, ‘You gotta see this, Grandma, there’s a dumpster baby! There’s a masturbating bum!’ These kids—Rob, Glenn, Charlie, Kaitlin—they give me a young spirit. I love it.”


And Philadelphia loves it too. 


 

Working titles for upcoming season five shows (subject to change):

“The Gang Give Frank an Intervention.”

“The Gang Goes on a Road Trip.”

“The Waitress Gets Married.”

“Mac and Dennis Break Up.”

“The Gang Solves the Mortgage Crisis.”

“The Gang Wrestles for the Troops.”
