Strike it Rich
In response to Bill Chenevert’s feature on N.J. rapper Rich Quick:

Rich Quick has been putting in work for a long time. Its good to see him getting the recognition he deserves.

I’ve been listening to Quick since I’m With The DJ. He’s got some crazy bars, and he knows how to make a good song. And he’s from Jersey, what more can I ask for?

Google Rick Quick. Watch on YouTube and you’ll see this emcee from Jersey is here in hip-hop culture to last! Pigmentation is a thing of past. Salute!

Ripoff Report
Regarding Sean Burns’ review of Pacific Rim:

I must tell you that Pacific Rim is a vast pile of life-choking, useless, unfun, stinking rot. It’s a blatant Evangelion ripoff with D-bags and D-bag sentiment instead of any of that difficult religion, sex, feelings or pulse stuff they put in cartoons about big robot suits. Booyah, I walked out.

Sock it, Toomey
Regarding Randy LoBasso’s blog about Pat Toomey and the battle for Pennsylvania’s center:

Seriously? Your contention is that Toomey is a moderate as compared to the batshit crazy far-right Republican fringe? Let’s look at Toomey on “economic issues,” which he claims as his wheelhouse. He has consistently supported policies that have left the country in a state of what Paul Krugman calls “the permanent depression.” Toomey’s solution? Less regulation and lower taxes for the Wall Street bastards who did this to us. Cut unemployment extensions so desperate people will take anything, which helpfully depresses wages and increases profits for Toomey’s Wall Street cohorts.

Of course, he’s also what I call a “pro-birth” Republican: supports laws that would make it impossible for poor women to get birth control and abortions, but votes down the aid programs that might make the term “pro-life” less of a hollow mockery. Gov. Casey, who was a famous pro-lifer, at least put his money where his mouth was.

In the valley of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. But he’s still not seeing with anything like clarity and depth. We can do better than Mr. Wall Street Wingnut.

As long as Pat Toomey protects my family from Obamacare, nothing else matters. Repeal Obamacare now!
