Sounds Like: The much-anticipated one-off collaboration’s heavy on horns, funk and other orchestral toys (but not Annie’s guitar); it’s excellent, but not really revelatory.
Free Association: A little worrisome that this is gonna stall a new St. Vincent record.
For Fans Of: Feist + Antibalas, Beth Orton x Dap-Kings, Talking Heads, high-brow titans.
