Delco Nightingale

Delco Nightingale is a recent addition to the Philadelphia music scene, bringing a new twist to swing era classics. This group of musical personalities is comprised of vocalist Erin Berry, guitarist Greg Phoenix, upright bassist Sawyer Thomas and drummer Brian Turner. These musicians infuse their individual expertise in jazz, rockabilly, live theatre and outsider music to create a uniquely swinging sound. Their goal is to bring these cleverly written, fun and romantic songs not only to nostalgic listeners of big band standards, but also to a new audience whose familiarity with this music may not go beyond glances of WWII films and perused record collections from the family credenza. Any music lover who wants to see a fun and engaging show will certainly not be disappointed once they find themselves humming along with or dancing to the sounds of Delco Nightingale.
