Penrose
Penrose is Thomas Murphy, Patrick Murphy, and Daniel Murphy, three biological brothers from Philadelphia. The origins of the band probably date back to their grade school days taking piano lessons together, but in the Spring of 2009 they played their first show together in a warehouse in North Philadelphia. Since then the brothers have worked to create an original, hard hitting sound that combines the hard rock of Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath with the delta blues of John Lee Hooker and R.L. Burnside with the innovation of Radiohead and Pink Floyd flowing throughout.
