If Bob Dylan raised a foster child and locked him in the basement with a guitar and a record player until he was hungry enough to perform, Andrew Bingham would be the result. Emerging from the shadows during his studies at the University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia, Andrew began working on the songs for his debut album, “A Hoarder Wants to Give,” during his second year at law school, finishing production of the album a week after his finals. The album was recorded, mixed, and produced at Studio 4, in Conshohocken, by Grammy-winning producer Phil Nicolo.
