Dirty Frank's Picnic

Once a summer, the patrons of Dirty Frank’s emerge from the dim, dingy bar, and, after the initial squinting in the harsh light of day, trek over to Fairmount Park to get a year’s worth of sunshine and Frisbee. PW's Inna Spivakova captured the scene at Sunday's affair.
