Vetri Restauraunt
There aren't enough superlatives to describe Marc Vetri's eponymous ristorante. Scoring reservations is a bitch, but try anyway. Dishes like chestnut fettuccine with wild boar, sweet onions crepes and the baby goat spit-roasted in the backyard of this Wash West townhouse and served over soft polenta proves this hog-ridin', head-shavin' dude is a badass in the kitchen. And he's all ours, New York. Eat your heart out.
