Taco Riendo
Just north of Girard on Fifth Street, you'll find one of the best little taco shops outside of South Philly or Mexico. The décor is simple but appropriate. Order your food at the counter then bring it back to one of the wooden tables. Don't forget to grab a cup or Horchata or a traditional apple soda from the big tin bucket. Everything on the menu is cheap and delicious. If you're feeling adventurous try the lengua tacos or the sopes, topped with anything you like.
