This Fairmount pub and café has become more than a place for caviar-topped burgers, Vietnamese beef tartare, and a pint of Hop Devil. Owner Terry McNally has made London a beacon for foie gras freedom in the face of regular Hugs for Puppies protests. The hangar steak with Hudson Valley foie gras and green peppercorn butter tastes especially delish in the midst of la révolution.
