La Terrasse
One of Philly's first French bistros, La Terrasse has been central to the restaurant scene in the western part of the city for decades. Several dining rooms and ample outside seating means there's always room whenever you stop by. Menu offerings include traditional French dishes, such as the excellent tuna nicoise salad, as well as entrees with a decidedly Mediterranean flair.
