Cafe' Apamate
From the website: ""Apamate" is named for the extraordinary blooming tree of Venezuela that stands out in a sea of green. We aim to stand out in our own way and we do that in part by naming our traditionally Spanish restaurant after something Venezuelan. It reflects who our Chef is and pays homage to the country she hails from while preparing the food that she loves."
