Konak Turkish Restaurant brings you back to the days of ole, with a servant staff to offer you critically acclaimed Turkish dishes in a luxurious Turkish styled setting.  Here, your ears will take pleasure in the sounds of Turkish music, your eyes will dance to the sites of family heirlooms of the Atay family, and your taste buds will delight in the award winning traditional Turkish cuisine.  Konak is reminiscent of the palaces that are in the heart of Istanbul.  The main dining room is amazingly spacious and roomy.  The18-foot ceilings, skylights, and softly hued tile floors produce the airy effect of feasting in an open court.  The interior is adorned in Turkish regalia.  Walls are draped in an intriguing array of handmade family heirlooms of needlepoint, cast-iron candleholders, and wood framed mirrors.  Hookahs, intricately engraved antique teapots and lamps line the end tables and windows.  Cozy sofas are lined with brightly-colored embroidered satin pillows.  Konak Turkish Restaurant boasts a truly diverse menu consisting of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes.  There is also a comprehensive list of Turkish wines for during after your meal and a full-service bar.
