Bistro St. Tropez
Tucked into the fourth floor of the Marketplace Design Center, chef-owner Patrice Rames' long-running Provence-inspired spot is still going strong, despite its completely-off-the-radar location. Perhaps it's the classic French fare, or maybe it's the surprising view of the Schuylkill that explains its 20-plus years of existence.
