Estia's grilled octopus is like no other in town.
Splurge for the spreads: more refined renditions of tzatziki (as thick as sour cream), creamy roasted red pepper blended with feta, and a fresh smoky blend of grilled-until-melted eggplant with walnuts. They come with pita wedges and sticks of cucumber and bell peppers.
For dessert, there's baklava with almonds. There's chocolate souffle. There's a decent wedge of phyllo dough stuffed with eggy, orange-zest-touched custard. There's thick Greek coffee. There's plenty of ouzo and plenty of sweet signature drinks.
Maybe have any of these. But definitely, definitely have the octopus.
