Rosemary Fingerling Potatoes

These potatoes are one part of the recipe I attempted and would make a great accompaniment to roast chicken. From Latin Evolution, by Jose Garces with April White. Serves four.
>> 6 fingerling potatoes, halved
>> 1/4 cup rosemary leaves, finely chopped
>> Kosher salt, to taste
>> Extra-virgin olive oil, to coat
>> 1) Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Place a baking pan in the oven to heat, five minutes.
>> 2) In a bowl, toss all ingredients together until potatoes are well-coated. Remove pan from oven and arrange potatoes cut side down. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees and cook potatoes until tender, about 18 minutes. Allow potatoes to cool to room temperature.
