Ingredients:
� 1 1/2 pounds pork neck
� 1 package Char Siu Chinese barbecue seasoning mix
� 2 carrots grated
� 1/2 cup water
� 3 cups chicken stock
� 1/2 Napa cabbage, shredded
� 1/4 red onion, sliced
� 1/8 bunch cilantro
� 2 tablespoons sugar
� 2 teaspoons sesame oil
� 2 tablespoons soy sauce
� 2 teaspoons fish sauce
� 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
� 2 tablespoons Thai peanut dip
� 4 Sarcone's baguettes or hoagie rolls
