Paella Cooking Class Series

Learn the secrets to perfect paella from the chopping board to the dining table at Bar Ferdinand. On Saturday, July 26th and August 23rd Chef David Ansill will bring his kitchen outdoors and offer an al fresco Paella cooking class. Chef Ansill will host an evening of learning, tasting and cooking by demonstrating the traditional techniques of preparing Spain's most recognized dish. 

 

The event includes a selection of tapas and, of course, Bar Ferdinand's signature dish, Paella Valenciana!  Each guest will also receive a Starter Paella Kit that includes Calasparra rice, chorizo and paella stock.
