Becky Shiley: "Becky's World"

Local artist Becky Shiley will be bringing her latest collection of paintings to Mulberry during July.

Becky speaks out about her art:

"I began drawing and painting using every medium as a child and have been painting my whole life.  I love all art forms, music poetry, and dance.  I try to remain positive even in the worst of time and I always try to be kind and generous to my fellow man and beast.  My goal with my work is to encourage emotion and thought.  These works really express all the feelings I have about war, hunger, religion, racism, prejudice, our planet and probably more.  I hope they raise a bit of emotion in you and I hope you enjoy them."
