Philly dance fitness presents Dance Party Boot Camp! Ramp up your workout to the next level! We know you love to dance – now here’s a chance to groove AND step up your fitness routine using the proven method of High-Intensity Interval Training. If you think bootcamp sounds boring, we challenge you to test out our variation. After warming up, you’ll alternate between explosive, athletic exercises and dance routines set to your favorite radio hits. Warning: Fun doesn’t mean easy! High Intensity Interval Training, or HITT, is designed to push you beyond the upper limits of your normal aerobic exercise capacity. The good news is that those pushes will be short – generally two minutes or less of maximum intensity exercise followed by longer intervals of low to moderate intensity exercise (in this case – dancing, the fun part.) Instructor Timaree leads this high energy workout!
