The yoga practice focuses on pregnancy and birth recovery. Instructor Keli Engleson, a DONA certified doula, will devote extra attention to the shoulders, back, chest and other muscles that are most affected from carrying and breastfeeding babies. And, of course, you’ll work on core strength as well. The babies will benefit from spending some relaxing quality time with mom, too. They’ll rest on or near your mat, watching as you flow through the movements.
