In this One Woman Show Conscious tells her story of survival of HIV for the last 20 years, recovery from domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and drug abuse. This is a story of Homeless to Hollywood, the all American dream. But it’s not your typical one woman show about wrong choices and closed doors, but instead it’s a one woman show filled with forgiveness of the people who created chaos in her life, exposed her to things no child should be exposed to, and abused her beyond reconciliation...or so they thought. Re-live her road to Hollywood success from Queen Latifah to Oxygen Media, Oprah Winfrey's backyard, how she got her Electrical Engineering degree despite all odds, and how the result of her accepting the gift of forgiveness from her therapist set her free to open channels to a road of infinite fantastic emotional freedom. All proceeds benefit Women Organized Against Rape. WOAR's mission is to eliminate all forms of sexual violence through specialized treatment services, comprehensive prevention education programs and advocacy for the rights of victims of sexual violence.
