1st Annual Diabetes: From Head to Toe Conference
The Philadelphia office of the American Diabetes Association is presenting its 1st Annual Diabetes: From Head to Toe Educational Conference. This FREE event will include bilingual seminars and discussions about nutrition, exercise and management and prevention of diabetes; free health screenings for blood glucose, blood pressure, BMI, among others. In addition, participants will learn how to use a glucose meter and learn how to prepare a healthy meal.
