Team In Training Information Meeting/One Mile Trial: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) of Eastern Pennsylvania, will be hosting an Information Meeting/One Mile Trial for its Team In Training (TNT) program on Thursday, January 24th at 6:00 p.m. at Bryn Mawr Running Company (13 East State Street) in Media. Runners, walkers, cyclists and triathletes are welcome to participate in a one mile trial at the event. Through TNT, professional coaches have trained over a half million people who have raised 1.2 billion dollars for the advancement of blood cancer research and patient services. TNT will train you to finish a marathon, half marathon or 100-mile cycle ride, and if you’re more experienced, we’ll help you achieve your time goal. You will get a personalized training regimen and weekly workouts with nutrition advice, injury prevention and much more.
