A Year in Mountains
“Wanted: an all-pastel Brady show,” – that was the conclusion Victoria Donohoe made in her review on Tom Brady’s last year solo at Dalet with around 20 large scale oil paintings on display (The Color of Genius, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Dec23, 2011). Here they are: dozens of Brady’s pastels representing the artist’s day-to-day onsite work of creating fresh images which later he translates into oil paint in his studio “and thus, sets off his fast-lane painterly fireworks there only.”
