Randy Mosher continues the 20-year tradition of tutored beer tastings begun by Michael Jackson at the University Museum in 1990. These tastings educated palates all across the Delaware Valley, brought brewers and new products to the region, and spurred research on for the recreation of beverages brewed in the ancient world.
