Village Whiskey

From Philadelphia Business Journal: "Chef Jose Garces, who owns Latin- and Asian-inspired restaurants in Philadelphia, announced Wednesday that he will open a whiskey bar in Philadelphia in June called Village Whiskey. Garces said the 30-seat spot at 118 S. 20th St. will feature cocktails and 80 to 100 varieties of whiskey from Canada, Ireland, Japan, Scotland and the United States. Food will include burgers and a raw bar with selections priced at $4 to $20." The restaurant is expected to open this June.
