Wine lists that push people out of their comfort zone, dont cover all the bases and require long table side explanations aren't 'better'. They may be 'interesting' to a few elitists, but so what? A good wine list sells wine, its not a personal manifesto.
Talula's mark ups are the same as anywhere else and their prices are higher. So how are lists cheaper?
This fluff piece has no substance. It is basically an ad for the authors consulting business and should be labelled as 'advertorial' or whatever the term is....”
