We love beer. That's why we're devoting an entire year to discovering (and drinking) cold ones from near and far. Know of a beer worth shouting out? Send us a note at email@example.com.
Now that the warm weather has arrived, you’re going to see more beers geared towards days outdoors under the sun. That means wheat beers, saisons, and of course, fruit beers. Space Monkey, by the Leigh Valley’s Fegley’s BrewsWorks, is a combination of all three, bringing together a high octane saison with wheat malts and explosively loud raspberry flavor. You won’t mistake it for anything BUT a fruit beer based on the aroma, too, which smells like tart raspberry jam and candy. Touches of lemon and spice poke through courtesy of the saison base, but that sparkling candy flavor is the star of the show here. Effervescent, bright and fruity, this is a beer built for spring’s hottest days. Try it at City Tap House, Bar 31, and The Pour House Exton.
