So we’ve come a long way, and still have aways to go. But we’re headed down the right track: Philadelphia is well on its way to once again becoming a major destination for doing real damage to your liver with classy, exquisitely crafted drinks. We’ve come this far in a fairly short period of time. Imagine where we’ll be in another five years.
