George Hummel suggests putting that "half-full bottle of flat beer that you passed out--er, fell asleep in front of" to good use. Serves one.
>> 1/2 bottle beer
>> 1 tablespoon ketchup
>> 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
>> 2 eggs
>> hot sauce to taste
>> 1) Combine the beer, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a large skillet. Bring to a boil.
>> 2) Crack eggs into boiling mixture and poach to desired doneness.
>> 3) Remove eggs and continue simmering the sauce for about three minutes until thickened and reduced. Pour sauce over eggs and serve.

“The recipe above isn't that good, but when you replace the ketchup with Sweet Baby Ray's Barbeque Sauce then you have something worthy of any man's palate. :)”
