The public is invited to an artist reception for the 3rd Annual Summer Fellow Exhibition featuring work by Ibiyinka Alao and Katie Knoeringer on June 30th from 2 – 4 p.m. at Community Arts Center, 414 Plush Mill Road, Wallingford, PA. The summer fellows are working artists who will be exhibiting in the Duke Gallery as well as leading special projects with students at CAC’s Summer Spree visual arts camp.  This year’s camp theme is Wide World. During the reception, there will be brief remarks by the artists and a question and answer session at 3 p.m. Additionally, Ibiyinka Alao will give an Artist Talk entitled My Fireflies at the Community Arts Center on Monday, July 8th, 7:30 - 9:00 p.m., discussing his work, the arts, and spirituality.  The talk is co-presented by Pendle Hill, a Quaker organization located directly next door to the Arts Center.  The talk is free and open to the public.

The 3rd Annual Summer Fellow Exhibition featuring work by Ibiyinka Alao and Katie Knoeringer runs June 15th to July 19th. Exhibitions are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., Friday – 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Saturday – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
