The Temple University CMC is a nine-month program conducted by industry experts to provide business management tools to existing and aspiring contractors. Topics include: blueprint reading, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, safety regulations, accounting, loans, contract administration, contract law, bonding and insurance. Classes meet once a week on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
