Behind the scenes at the creation of Chinatown's newest piece of public art.

PW's Peter Crimmins goes behind the scenes at the installation of the newest pieces of public art in Chinatown -- the dragons that now grace the Ninth and Arch neighborhood.

"They're born of the water. They represent the rivers in China," said Ward Eliker, the sculptor who created the dragons. "They're water creatures, pretty much."
