"I am a holistic esthetician or skin-care therapist. I like to show my clients how to take care of their skin and how to live a healthy lifestyle. I love teaching about organic skin-care products and why it's so important to take care of your skin. I always have a consultation with clients because everyone's skin is different. I think you have to consider lifestyle, eating habits and exercise habits in order to get a good regimen for your skin. The worst thing you can do is not take care of your skin. I have clients that don't wear a moisturizer cause they think their skin is oily, but really it's oily because you're not wearing a moisturizer. It's all about finding a balance with your skin. Get a facial at least once a season to detoxify. You really want to hydrate your skin and get it ready for each season."
