"We're very personal with our clients, and we take the time to really just work one-on-one. You really get to spend the entire time with your stylist when you come to Luna. I think short hair is definitely on its way back. People are finding their way back to their natural beauty, which is really refreshing, instead of being really forceful about their look. Educating people on what works best for their hair is probably the best way to handle those who are really set on having a particular look that can't be achieved. I try to find elements they're attracted to without replicating it because that doesn't always work out. Your hair is just like your skin; as you age it gets drier. It changes so your products have to change with your hair to maintain it. You can't just put it through hell and expect it to look amazing. Be able to let go of a couple inches here and there for the overall good of your hair."
