Five chefs take a five-hour drive to a brewery. They get a tour, meet the brewmaster, eat dinner, talk food. They taste beer. They take notes. They then drive five hours back to Philly.Beer. Bill That Proposed Forcing Abortion Clinics to Upgrade Is Now PA Law. Now What?

Pennsylvania already has a scant number of abortion clinics relative to our population. If we don’t count the five clinics that can administer only medical abortions (via pill), Pennsylvania currently has 14 freestanding clinics providing surgical abortions. Of those 14, only one clinic—Hillcrest Women’s Center in Harrisburg—is fully licensed under Act 122.
